    🙁 Three teenagers dead in London. Can’t bear it that it’s so dangerous for my kids to go out. Is it the same in other parts of the country?

    My parents were brought up in the East End, and were in the area around the time the Krays were wreaking havoc. My dad maintains that things weren’t any different then but were less publicised. No idea what it’s like in other parts of the country, but anywhere there are gangs with knives is going to be a dangerous place.
