    • Their rooms
Our teenagers are either totally messy or totally tidy. Upload your photos of their rooms. We’ll have a regular feature to find the cleanest or the scruffiest room (the one that attracts mice for miles). The clean ones will give some of us hope and the messy ones will make us realise we’re in the same frigging boat.

    • What we got up to
OK, there are things our teenagers will never know about what some of us did at the same age. Now’s your chance to confess so us parents of teenagers can be vigilant to the possibilities and be reminded that despite the filter of time and memory – we weren’t perfect. Confess here. The best anecdote wins £20.

    • Praise them
Teenagers often get a bad press. But we know some brilliant, amazing, outstandingly lovely ones. Tell the world when your teenager does something nice. (It’ll give those of us who are struggling hope for better days or moments to come.) Describe your good experiences here.

    • Teen talk
OMG! It’s enough to make you LOL and ask WTF? Ah, the words and phrases teenagers use. Original, daft and on many occasions, genius. Share the ones you hear in our forum teenage words glossary. We’ll capture them and publish the most revealing or outlandish in our subscriber newsletter

    • Teenage run-away
What would you have said to a 15-year old daughter as she walked through the door after running away with her maths teacher?
