Choked on my coffee on the train this morning. A judge has let off a 12 year old who raped a seven year old girl with a reprimand http://www.coastalscene24.co.uk/news/suffolk_norfolk_12_year_old_rapist_spared_custody_after_twice_assaulting_girl_aged_6_1_2800388

When my kid was 12 he knew never to do something like that. This seems like a crazy mistake.
