Be aware of new legal high

Very worrying to hear about ‘Annihilation’, which has put at least nine people in hospital and drugs experts say should be banned. It’s sold as a herbal incense, but increases heart rate, aggression levels and paranoia. Read this in the papers. In the same report it said that helium inhalation has killed 42 people in the last year, up from 2 in 2007. Anyone know what Annihilation looks like and where teenagers might buy it? 🙁
